Training and support costs

Using Word to create and maintain standard or elearning website content keeps training and support costs to a minimum. A half-day course is sufficient to get authors up to productive speeds with creating or re-purposing content from Word or PowerPoint. Since there is only a single simple Word template installed on authors PCs, there is nothing that can go wrong that requires a technician call-out.

Deployment and maintenance costs

The YAWC Word template is free to download and install on any PC, and this can be done by authors themselves. There is no software or licensing to keep track of, and no software upgrades to worry about, since all the software resides on our central YAWC Online server.

If problems arise, you contact us to sort them out. We provide technical support during standard office hours, and our servers are monitored 24 hours a day.
